How many treatments will I need?
A course of 12-15 treatments 2 x per week will give optimum results and maintenance every 4 weeks will be advised. CACI non-surgical microcurrent is used in many of my Autograph Facials to boost the results of an advanced layering approach to skin rejuvenation.

What is the pre and post care advice?
In order to maximise the effectiveness of your treatment, we ask that you make a few simple adjustments to your routine in the days leading up to and following your appointment. This includes abstaining from the use of retinol and AHA & BHA products for four days prior to and after your treatment, as well as avoiding high-impact exercise and swimming in the immediate aftermath. It's also crucial that you stay well-hydrated, so be sure to drink plenty of water before and after to boost the results of your treatment. And of course, don't forget to apply SPF to protect your skin from harmful UV rays. Rest assured, you will receive comprehensive pre and post-aftercare advice during your consultation, ensuring that you are fully prepared for a successful and satisfying treatment experience.
