What is the pre and post care advice?
To ensure optimal results, it is important to follow the following advice. Four days before your treatment, refrain from using retinol and AHA & BHA products. And don't forget; hydration is key! Make sure you are well-hydrated before and after the treatment by drinking plenty of water.
Additionally, wearing SPF is crucial to protect your newly revitalised skin from harmful UV rays. During your consultation, I will provide you with comprehensive instructions on how to care for your skin before and after the procedure, but lastly, keep your skin cool and avoid high impact, running or vigorous exercising and swimming for at least 24 hours after the treatment.
